Support and Accountability for Military Readiness

At WonderED, we support students in building the skills and mindset needed for military service. If challenges arise, we will provide guidance and structured support to help students succeed.

Tier 1: Coaching & Support Meeting

  • The student will meet with the program coordinator to discuss concerns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Positive strategies and resources will be provided to help the student stay on track.

Tier 2: Growth Plan & Progress Monitoring

  • A structured plan with clear improvement goals will be implemented.
  • The student will receive additional support, mentorship, and check-ins.
  • Progress will be celebrated as milestones are met.

Tier 3: Program Review & Next Steps

  • If expectations continue to be unmet despite support, a final review will take place.
  • Alternative pathways may be explored if military enlistment is no longer the student’s goal.

Our goal is to empower students with the knowledge, discipline, and preparation needed for a successful transition into military service.

Completion and Recognition

  • Upon successful completion, students receive a Military Readiness Certificate.
  • Students may use this experience to strengthen their military applications and career plans.
  • Recognized students will participate in a Military Commitment Ceremony to honor their enlistment.

This program is designed to guide students in making informed decisions, preparing for enlistment, and developing the skills necessary for a successful military career. WonderED is committed to providing the resources and mentorship needed for every student to confidently take the next step toward service.
